Common tactics that addicts will use in order to avoid change in their lives. We have managed to continue to be this way only because of our refusal to change.

Our visible acting out cycles are only the tip of the iceberg. As illustrated in this image, we possess powerful issues that drive our acting out cycles.

Relapse Cycle

We have setup patterns that are a continuous cycle. When taking the time, we can identify these steps consistently taken in order to act out.

Safety Plan

A man without a plan, plans to fail. We encourage men to plan their outings and activities in order to be safe. This is the blank outline for that plan.

We encourage high levels of accountability within the group. This is a basic set of daily activities that each man is encourage to complete and remain accountable for.

Thinking It Through

When we have exited a situation where our thinking was not healthy, we must take the time to examine it. I cannot change what I am not aware of. This assignment is used to examine my thinking thoroughly by presenting it to others in written form.
